UPDATER, Inc. 3. Outsourcing of Management
The Company may outsource the handling of acquired personal information. In such cases, we conclude necessary contracts with the contractors and supervise them to ensure proper management of personal information.

(1) The Company, in principle, does not provide customer personal information to third parties without customer consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

To handle personal information more strictly, the Company has established basic personal information protection regulations compliant with JIS Q 15001, and operates a personal information protection management system after understanding the external environment.
